This annual celebration of the good work that our volunteers, families, and partners do every day to build a diverse and inclusive generation of leaders.The mission-driven event is a celebrate the of cultures that bring together the more than 300 business professionals, civic leaders, volunteers, innovators, and friends who are committed to all our Scouts.
Prepared. For. Life. will be hosted in the industrial chic The Art Factory Studios in Paterson, NJ, which features the 180-year-old former rope factory adjacent to Paterson’s Great Falls. The vibrant and hip venue features local artists, craft shops, community vendors, restaurants, and experience.
This thought-leadership networking celebration showcases the impact of our local Scouting programs, experiences, and activities that help youth be the best version of themselves. The Northern New Jersey Council believes that the values and leadership lessons of the Scouting program apply to young people from every community, culture, ethnicity, religion, or ability. We are committed to providing a culture where youth and adults feel respected and valued.
