North Essex Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement.
April is Child Abuse Awareness Month. This year, we planted pinwheel gardens throughout Essex County to raise awareness in our community and encourage others to do the same. Thank You to all of the businesses that have come alongside us on this important campaign!
